    Quizzes are generated from each README's headings; READMEs with fewer than 3 sections get no quiz.
    1 · Fetch
    Reads each README through GitHub's public API (60 requests/hour without sign-in).
    2 · Generate
    Renders the Markdown and writes multiple-choice questions: “which section says this?”, with other headings as distractors.
    3 · Package
    Adds imsmanifest.xml and a SCORM 1.2 runtime that reports score and pass/fail to the LMS.
